Summary
dot_tmux.confto a chezmoi template (dot_tmux.conf.tmpl) so tmux-tmuxr paths can use{{ .chezmoi.homeDir }}.tmux-tmuxr.tmux, disables resurrect process capture (workctl reconciles agent state), and prepends agent counts to the status bar.Test plan
