Added support for beta version tags in release workflow.

Updates the GitHub Actions release workflow so that releases also run when pushing “beta” version tags, extending the project’s release automation to cover pre-release builds.
Changes:
- Added an additional tag trigger for
-beta-suffixed version tags. - Normalized YAML formatting around the
generateReleaseNotesinput.
