Fix broken unit tests: upgrade Typer and resolve network dependencies

Nine unit tests were failing due to Typer 0.12.x incompatibilities and network access issues in the test environment.

Changes

Dependency Updates

• Upgraded typer from ^0.12.4 to ^0.20.0 to fix CLI argument parsing and Rich console output capture in tests

CLI Fixes

• Renamed @app.callback() function from version to main in cli.py - the function name was being interpreted as a command name
• Added default value SupportedOutputFormats.jsonld to --output-format option in mldcatap.py - Typer requires Options to have defaults

Network Dependency Elimination

• Switched JSON-LD context references from remote HTTPS URLs to local file:// paths
• Replaced mldcat-ap-context-2.0.0.jsonld with standalone version (removed @import of external URL)
• Updated test_context_is_valid_json to handle both file:// and http(s):// URLs
• Added custom pyld document loader in test_generate_jsonld_mapping for file:// URL resolution

Test Results

• Before: 38 passing, 9 failing
• After: 47 passing, 0 failing ✅
