Add React production package handoff spec

Summary

• Adds a React production package handoff spec for @aigentive/wire-react.
• Maps the current local React package surface to production gaps around options, inspector, controlled state, registries, handles, styling, accessibility, examples, and release discipline.
• Keeps the plan on the current package and export names: WireOptionSpec, WireOptionCatalog, WireInspector, WireWorkspace, and @aigentive/wire-react are extended directly rather than introducing a parallel option/catalog line.
• Uses mature diagram editor patterns as product-surface inspiration while keeping Wire's canonical diagram and reducer contract as the package boundary.
• Removes older source-specific naming from comments, docs, and smoke-test wording so the branch has no references to that source.

Validation

• Repository search for the requested source name returns no matches.
• PR diff search for versioned option names returns no matches.
• git diff --check main...HEAD
