Everything here is drop-in. Two things to move: three marketplace plugins, and one local skill.
Three, all from public GitHub marketplaces. Versions are what I am running, with the commit each was installed from — pin to these if you want the same thing I have rather than whatever is newest.

Install: open plugins.json, copy the enabledPlugins and
extraKnownMarketplaces keys into ~/.claude/settings.json, and restart Claude
Code. It fetches the marketplaces and installs them on next launch.
Merge, do not replace. Your settings.json has things mine does not —
overwriting it loses them.
If you would rather do it interactively, /plugin in Claude Code will add the
marketplaces and install from them without editing JSON.
One local skill, skills/remotion-motion-graphics/. Copy the whole folder:
cp -R skills/remotion-motion-graphics ~/.claude/skills/It loads on next launch — no settings change, skills are picked up from that directory automatically.
What it is: Remotion is React-based video rendering, and this skill exists because the default output looks generic. It carries a design ruleset, a set of motion patterns, and a theme file. Its trigger description is deliberately aggressive — it fires on "make a video", "animate this", "this looks amateur" — so if you do not do video work, skip it. It will only get in your way.
Nothing else in ~/.claude/skills/ is mine; that folder is otherwise empty.
After restarting:
/plugin lists the marketplaces and what is installed
/skills lists skills, including remotion-motion-graphics
If a plugin does not appear, the usual cause is a settings.json that no longer
parses after a hand-merge — check it with:
python3 -c "import json;json.load(open('$HOME/.claude/settings.json'));print('ok')"Only skills and plugins are here, as asked. The rest of my setup — the boot rules, the notes vault, the local agent and its idle hook — is not in this kit. Say the word if you want it and I will put it back.
