Org-level scan_include_authors=[org-trusted-bot] (real author alan-hacktron is not in it). Repo config sets include.authors: [alan-hacktron], taking full ownership of the authors dimension — this replaces the org list entirely rather than merging/intersecting with it. No label attached (labels dimension is open per G2-1). Expected: SCAN.
