Same target branch as G3-3 (bugfix/typo), but repo config now sets include.branches: [bugfix/**], taking full ownership of the branches dimension. Org's scan_exclude_branches/scan_include_branches for this dimension are now fully dropped (not merged), and bugfix/typo matches the repo's own include pattern. Expected: SCAN — proving repo config replaces org settings per-dimension rather than merging with them.
