1、how can I run this project as a demo? it seems that the src files' strcuture is not complete.

hello,

The introduction above is accurate, however, I just realized that the final version of this project was not merged into the master branch. The branch camera-integration should be much more complete. It is possible some files are still missing but this is probably the place you want to look

Later today, I will merge the final version into the master branch. I will also try to upload the report for this that will hopefully clear things up a bit.
