This adds some unit tests for DataObjRename API which set the oprType on the srcDataObjInp to make sure that all the code paths are being tested.
There was a codepath in DataObjRename API which was not enforcing logical locking. Unfortunately, this codepath is used by imv, so it is a big deal. Logical locking is now being enforced in this case.
