[WIP] Fix app usage tracking bug for Instagram

The objective of my project is to limit app usage per hour. When I reached my limit of 15mn per hour on instagram, I got kicked of the app like planned and coded, but after waiting and trying to go back on the app the notification told me I spent something like 30mn on the app (which is false since I got kicked after 15mn). It may be that when kicked my project does not register it as getting off of the app (Instagram here). find out where does this bug could come from and fix it.
