Add Splits to Free Tools footer after button-link updates

This update adds Splits to the site’s Free Tools navigation surface, after button/link behavior was corrected. It keeps the change minimal by extending existing footer navigation instead of introducing new routes or UI patterns.

• Footer: Free Tools link set expanded

  • Added a new Splits link in the Free Tools section of the global footer.
  • Reused existing calculator route (/calculator) to avoid route churn.

• E2E coverage for the new nav item

  • Added a focused Playwright spec to assert:
    • Splits is present under footer Free Tools
    • the link target is /calculator
