This is the source code for my senior thesis.  It's a half-assed
implementation which allows you to interpose on kernel networking stuff, so
that you can essentially build something libevent-like within the kernel.

This code is
1) Untested
2) Unsupported
3) Unhelpful

So buyer beware :)
