Add a dark mode theme

The UI is light-only. The app already uses ttkbootstrap, which ships built-in dark themes.

**Request:** A theme toggle (light/dark) in settings, persisted across sessions, applied at startup.

**Acceptance criteria:** toggling switches the whole UI (including dialogs where feasible), and the choice is remembered after restart.
