Request: Introduce a lightweight string table for UI labels, defaulting to English, and translate at least one language as a proof of concept.
Acceptance criteria: labels are extracted into a single dictionary per language, a language selector exists in settings, and at least one non-English translation is complete. Translators welcome to open follow-up PRs.
