Both have emitted a DeprecationWarning since 0.3.0. Use BackendProxy.get() and BackendProxy.set() instead. Closes #70

BackendProxy.get_backend()andset_backend()have warned since 0.3.0 that 0.4.0 removes them. This PR removes both methods, thewarningsimport only they used, and their two alias tests.Migration:
