CLAUDE.md still described master as 0.4.0 development. It now says the 0.4 line is current, that master must stay 0.4.x-compatible because release.yml releases only from master, that sessions/OAuth state are deprecated (#420, removed in #421), and where 0.5.0 migration notes go.
An independent review agent checked the claims against release.yml, SECURITY.md and the migration guide; its findings are applied. No changelog fragment: CLAUDE.md is contributor guidance, not user-facing.
