Conversation
The console moved grants and credential status out of Settings, and Administration → People can provision memberships after the first administrator. These pages still named the old place. Co-authored-by: Shashi Kanth G S <shashikanth-gs@users.noreply.github.com>

What changed and why
The console now keeps grants and credential status under Administration, and Administration → People can add people after the first administrator exists. A few guides still sent readers to Settings or described provisioning as CLI-only.
docs/guides/connect-an-agent.md: grants are set under Administration → Agent access.docs/guides/agent-credentials.mdanddocs/security/service-identity.md: binding status is on that same card. Secrets stay CLI-only.docs/concepts/identity-and-access.md: the first administrator is stillnpm run auth:provision; later people can be added there or under Administration → People.docs/guides/teams-and-grants.md: membership can come from either path. Creating the first admin is still the CLI, because the console requires an administrator who can already sign in.How it was verified
Relative links in the five edited pages resolve. This change is prose only, so
npm run checkwas not re-run.Checklist
npm run checkpasses (or the part you could run is listed above)docs/contributing/documentation.md(or say why none apply)docs/security/threat-model.mdCHANGELOG.mdThe product behavior was already released in the unreleased changelog. No threat-model change: credential values are still server-only; only the screen that shows binding status moved. No new tests: the diff is documentation.
