Tested on a raspberry pi5 with 64bit raspi os.
With the new default desktop environment (wayland), neither libatatata nor libappindicator shows a tray icon. This can be worked around by switching back to the X11-based desktop environment.

Also merged the linux and manylinux jobs since it's easier to keep them in sync this way.
Maybe we should also merge windows and macos in the future.

I still think we should probably make those changes, but it's conflicting with other changes now.

Need to test the fyne-io systray / non-atatata from linux and manylinux, both amd and arm, on as many distributions as possible to decide what to do. If the manylinux and ubuntu builds have the same deps now, we can probably skip the ubuntu builds.
