Covers all 8 surface areas identified by the v1.1.0-ga orthogonal 10-stage
release sweep (task 9jo2t1u5wonpfd4z):
1. Cluster session self-healing (ga.9): TECHNICAL_SPEC + OPERATIONS +
RELEASE_RUNBOOK — session_stale error code, HATEOAS remediation block,
/v1/cluster/session/refresh endpoint (port 9439), castra cluster session
refresh CLI verb, 1h TTL constant, cluster_enrollment_audit hash-chained
table (iris.db migrations 19/20), refresh audit cn-prefix convention.
2. EpistemicDisciplineBlock as substrate principle: ARCHITECTURE —
new sibling const in sharedbase, two clauses, injected into all 7 public
roles, public-substrate boundary preserved.
3. Public Iris CRAFT LAYER: ARCHITECTURE — §11 six craft-layer clauses,
section renumbering (§11→§17), ABI-lock on {{SOVEREIGN_CONTEXT_BLOCK}}.
4. BaseCLIReferenceBlock + per-persona CLI_Reference: ARCHITECTURE +
TECHNICAL_SPEC — 24 BASE read-only + 14 MULTI-ROLE WRITE verbs, Lane:
annotations, architect lane-exclusive block, round-trip test.
5. 10-stage workflow primitive: TECHNICAL_SPEC + OPERATIONS — start/view/list
and stage graduate/harvest verbs, migration v44 schema tables, Pa-doctrine
invariants (no iter budget, Stage 10 manual-only graduation).
6. Evidence gate middleware Phase 1: TECHNICAL_SPEC + OPERATIONS — --evidence
flag syntax, sentinel none:n/a, per-role policy table, audit constants,
troubleshooting table.
7. Supersede verb + pointer-to-replacement: TECHNICAL_SPEC + OPERATIONS —
superseded terminal status, migration v45 columns, auto-migrate edge
rewrite, task list --include-superseded, task view pointer-to-replacement.
