Rename the workflow to ci.yml, clarify matrix job names, and update the README compatibility section. Rename the legacy rclcpp typesupport macro to better describe the API branch it selects. Co-authored-by: Martin Pecka <peckama2@fel.cvut.cz>

Thanks for the PR. I reviewed the changes and verified the package builds and tests successfully in Docker on Humble, Jazzy, Kilted, Lyrical, and Rolling. I’ll add a small cleanup commit for CI naming and README clarity before the final merge.
