chore(deps): bump tree-sitter, tree-sitter-language and serde_json, and regenerate the licence inventory - #6

…nd regenerate the licence inventory Cargo.lock moves tree-sitter 0.27.0 -> 0.27.1, tree-sitter-language 0.1.8 -> 0.1.9 and serde_json 1.0.151 -> 1.0.154; foldhash 0.2.0 arrives as a new transitive dependency (Zlib, already on the allow list in deny.toml). THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md is regenerated with scripts/gen-third-party-licenses.py, not edited by hand: check-grammar-provenance.sh compares its grammar table against Cargo.lock, which is what failed on the dependabot branch (#5). Verified on this tree: cargo fmt --check, clippy -D warnings, test --workspace, check-docs, check-matrix, check-layering, check-undeclared-src, check-tools-docs and check-grammar-provenance -- all green.
