… the licence inventory Cargo.lock moves serde_json 1.0.151 -> 1.0.154, tokio 1.53.1 -> 1.53.3, tokio-util 0.7.19 -> 0.7.20, toml 1.1.6 -> 1.1.8 and the three toml crates that travel with it. licenses/deps.tsv carries the same eight rows, because `make licenses` refuses an inventory that disagrees with Cargo.lock -- which is exactly what failed on the dependabot branch (#6). Verified on this tree: make fmt-check clippy test layering docs-check install-test licenses -- all green. Co-Authored-By: 螯蝦Pi（小蝦） <boostcyber@gmail.com>
