The io-mcp gateway's sync-plugin-consumer-contracts workflow already listens for the plugin-contract-updated repository_dispatch event, but no repository ever sent it, so a published contracts/gateway-contract.json change only reached consumers/oda-intelligence-plugin.json on the gateway's nightly cron. Send the event on push to main when that contract changes. The step skips with a notice when ODA_MCP_DISPATCH_TOKEN is absent, so the cron stays the safety net until the secret is configured. Withdrawn. This change referenced a non-public repository by name and violated the repository boundary rule enforced by test/plugin-package.test.mjs. Superseded by a reworked approach.
