Adds the contract for generic custom-auth builder inputs (server: amp-labs/server#6921).
providerInputs(name→value map) on createProviderApp and updateProviderApp requests — builder-supplied custom-auth inputs beyond the reserved clientId/clientSecret. Server routes byfieldType: sensitive (password) → encrypted, non-sensitive (text/select) → metadata.providerInputsadded to the update-mask allowed values.customInputs(ProviderMetadata) onProviderAppMetadataso non-sensitive inputs are readable for dashboard edit-mode hydration.Unblocks the dashboard form-gen (client PR to follow).
