Step 0: CI

  • Gemfile.lock: conservative update of addressable 2.9.2, activesupport 8.1.4.1, loofah 2.25.3 and nokogiri 1.19.7. New bundle-audit advisories made Generated site verification fail on every open PR.
  • docs/site-audit.md and docs/site-roadmap.md (not part of the build).

Step 1: software catalogue

  • sharCP added (Python, MIT) with a bilingual description and an explicit reproducibility scope. FatPy stays excluded.
  • All owned repositories now live under andreachiocca/. Updated URLs, latest-commit dates and licences (SPDX), verified from the repositories on 2026-11-04. Card anchors are unchanged (#github-achiocca1-ECP etc.), so existing links keep working.
  • SeAn-CP: language Python (the repository now contains a tested seancp package as well as the MATLAB script).
  • Licence shown on each card, in Record details and as schema.org license.
  • The profile GitHub link (github_username) now points to andreachiocca. achiocca1 has no public repositories left.
  • sync_research_outputs.py: repository identity ignores which owned account holds it. Without this, the next refresh would have duplicated every card and let excluded forks reappear after the transfer. Regression tests added.
  • Browser check counts the catalogue cards instead of a fixed 14.

Not changed: Zenodo records and their verified on date. The sandbox could not reach Zenodo, so I did not re-verify them.

Verification (local)

  • unittest: 57 tests passed.
  • check_localization.rb: passed.
  • Jekyll production build: OK.
  • verify_outputs_atlas, verify_languages, verify_research_atlas, verify_publications_index and verify_teaching_thesis_editorial: passed.
  • Browser checks: same result as the master baseline in this sandbox (CDN and fonts blocked); CI is authoritative.

Prioritised findings (quick wins, medium work, redesign) with file:line

… new advisories

bundle-audit now reports GHSA advisories against addressable 2.9.0,
activesupport 8.1.4, loofah 2.25.2 and nokogiri 1.19.4, which makes the
Generated site verification check fail on every open pull request.
Conservative lockfile update only; build and all site verifiers pass.
