FIG. R04.1 now adds 90 arc- and beam-welding operating conditions from the welding review workbook (CHIOCCA.xlsx, rows marked "Da tenere = SI"), as in Fig. 5 of Moda et al. 2022, to the 254 AM points. Friction stir welding is left out because it is a solid-state process outside the Rosenthal melting model. A "Filler wire" row that cannot be assigned to arc or beam welding is also left out. Hybrid laser-arc rows are grouped with beam welding and keep their own label. FIG. R05.1: the author confirmed that the force amplitude of LAP_2_15_NO_FILTERED_5 (1400 N) is correct. Its Fmax is rebuilt from Fa at R = 0.1 (3111 N, not 2860 N); the plotted values do not change. FIG. R04.1: welding added
The map now shows 344 operating conditions:
Like Fig. 5 of the article, it now covers welding and AM on the same$\tilde U$ –$\tilde P$ plane. The title becomes "Rosenthal map of melting processes"; captions are updated in EN and IT.

CHIOCCA.xlsx, sheetParametri. Only rows markedDa tenere = SIare used. All 100 such rows agree with Eqs. (20–21) recomputed from the raw columns at nominal power.Left out, and counted in the JSON:
SIwithout a process (Yang 2017, Cu).Tests.
tests/test_rosenthal_map.pynow expects the four processes and two workbook hashes, and checks that no FSW row is present. The equation checks are unchanged and hold for the welding points too.FIG. R05.1: confirmed correction
The author confirmed that$F_a = 1400$ N is correct for $F_{max}$ from $F_a$ at $R = 0.1$ : 3111 N instead of 2860 N. The plotted values (force amplitude, structural stress, life) do not change. The test no longer needs an exception. The raw file $F_{max}$ 3111, $F_{min}$ 311, $F_m$ 1711 N.
