[codex] Add machine reality research report

Summary

Adds the completed machine reality research corpus and a synthesis report for analyzing the imported machine list.

Included artifacts:

• research/machines/*.md: 117 machine-by-machine research reports
• research/machines_analysis/general_findings.md: general findings focused on items that are not clearly commercial machines
• research/machines_analysis/machine_research_triage.csv: compact triage table with classification buckets, priorities, recommendation excerpts, and confidence excerpts

Key findings

The analysis found that most entries represent real physical things, but many are not cleanly commercial production machines. The triage buckets are:

• 36 clear commercial/practical machines
• 38 tooling/instrument/consumable entries, not machines
• 27 generic/ambiguous/duplicate entries needing cleanup
• 15 subsystem/station/infrastructure entries, not single machines
• 1 experimental or uncertain commercial-maturity item

Scope notes

This PR intentionally includes only research/ artifacts. It does not modify KB YAML files or queue files.

Local unrelated changes were left unstaged:

• queue/gap_type_registry.json
• docs/self_reproduction_imported_machines.md

Validation

• Verified the staged diff contained only research/ paths.
• Checked research/machines_analysis/machine_research_triage.csv parses as CSV and contains 117 rows with required fields.
• Checked analysis artifacts are present and non-empty.
