Add support to drop field on output side #53

Currently, all flags like
ignorefunction only on the input side, there is no support for a case where you want the field on the input side, but to not be created when someone is translating to that format. Those flags are currently processed inSchemaParser.map_row_to_schema, which is part of the process for creatingMappedData
