What does this PR do?

Adds opencode-agent-factory-plugin to the official OpenCode ecosystem page.

This plugin provides dynamic multi-agent orchestration with runtime agent generation and consensus protocols, filling a gap in the current ecosystem for multi-agent coordination capabilities.

Plugin features:

• Runtime agent generation: adapts to your current session without hardcoded models
• Parallel DAG execution with automatic dependency injection
• 5 consensus protocols (debate, voting, expert review, hierarchical) for reconciling multiple agent outputs
• Configurable timeout and retry policies
• Built-in /orchestrate command and orchestrate custom tool

• Plugin has been tested locally with OpenCode
