What does this PR do?

Updates desktop settings interactions and project management:

• uses the shared list treatment for project settings, with larger row targets, project actions, Add project, and multi-server support
• prunes missing local project directories through a desktop-side directory check while preserving historical records; remote servers keep their projects
• polishes timeline detail controls and question navigation shortcuts
• fixes shortcut search losing focus after the first character

• bun run check
• desktop directory check and project reveal unit tests
• settings project/search E2E tests in light, dark, LTR, RTL, single-server, and multi-server states
• timeline detail and question dock component tests
