Why the change

This bumps every package to 0.0.13 so the v0.0.13 tag can ship the plugin fixes from #43, #46, #47, #49, and #50.

Special things to note

  • After this merges, push the tag v0.0.13 on dev. That runs release.yml and npm-release.yml, and both check these versions.
  • The plugin README now pins npm install -g rift-snapshot@0.0.13, so the binary matches the plugin tag. The plugin doesn't check the binary's version yet.
  • --generate-notes won't mention that the rift.list output field changed from worktrees to workspaces. The release notes below cover it.

Change outline

The same files as the 0.0.12 release (6b15e6a), plus the pinned install line.

 Cargo.toml / Cargo.lock rift, rift-cli, rift-ffi 0.0.12 → 0.0.13
 npm/rift-snapshot/package.json 0.0.12 → 0.0.13
 plugins/opencode/package.json 0.0.12 → 0.0.13
 README.md plugin spec #v0.0.12 → #v0.0.13
 plugins/opencode/README.md plugin spec #v0.0.12 → #v0.0.13
-npm install -g rift-snapshot
+npm install -g rift-snapshot@0.0.13

Draft release notes:

## Breaking

- The `rift.list` tool now returns `workspaces` instead of `worktrees`. Code-mode scripts that read `worktrees` need updating.

## OpenCode plugin

- `rift.create` no longer hangs when the host's stderr has no reader (#43, thanks @dbpolito).
- `rift.create` no longer waits for processes a hook leaves running, such as `docker compose up` or `cmd &` (#46).
- Hook failures include the last 8 KiB of hook output, and the output no longer starts with a broken character (#43, #47).
- `rift.create` and `rift.remove` tell the agent when a postcreate or postremove hook failed after the workspace was created or removed (#49).
- Clearer errors for uninitialized workspaces and missing `.rift` markers (#50).
- A crash by signal now names the signal (#46).

## Docs

- The README has a quick start and an agent overview, and uses "workspace" throughout.
- The plugin README pins `rift-snapshot` to the plugin's version and notes that Windows can't create workspaces.
