Description

Added a MIGRATION GUIDE for Persistent Connection Implementation

• What is being changed?
  Added a MIGRATION GUIDE
• Why is this change needed?
  Since this is a big change for AAP 2.7, an appropriate migration guide is necessary.
• How does this change address the issue?
  It helps users to identify the difference in playbooks for 2.6 vs 2.7
