0.3.9 in one integration branch: the launcher PR ready for batch, merged onto main, with network at cb0cd4a (main, includes #138).

Included:

• Share play invitations reach the Notification Center #261 Share play invitations reach the Notification Center (Accept / Dismiss, bell badge, also with an empty library); the Share Play row on Friends Home shows an invitation without a party
• network#138 The net service answers the userProfile blocks call from the AnyPlay block list
• Already on main since 0.3.8: the update kill switch in the signed manifest (Updates: kill switch in the signed manifest (yanked, rollout, reissue) #258), signing without an approval (ADR 0001: signing needs a tag, not an approval (step 8) #252), the CI job split (CI: clippy, release build and packages as parallel jobs; cargo-about cached (speed plan 5) #255) and the fake-phone flake fix (Make the fake-phone tests deterministic (fix macOS flake) #257)

Batch-only commits: Release 0.3.9 (version and notes in docs/releases/v0.3.9.md), network.ref to cb0cd4a. No conflicts.

Checks: CI (fmt, clippy, tests on Linux/Windows/macOS, scene shards) and a release dry run of this branch. The build laptop is unreachable today; #261's checks ran once through the local lb.
