- Deleted settings for `transitiveClassifiers`, `retrieveManaged`, `useCoursier`, `unmanagedBase`, `sourceManaged`, and `resourceManaged` as they are no longer required DAFFODIL-3071

+1, seems reasonable to me. I'm pretty sure these settings were only needed to support eclipse, and the eclipse Scala IDE was discontinued in 2023 (https://github.com/scala-ide/scala-ide/tree/welcome) in favor of IntelliJ or VS Code
