This prevents the width of emails in nested view from shrinking to no width. This addresses #426

As per my comment on #426, there should be no padding at all. Having a maximum is a separate feature, and a sensible value will depend on the screen width. |

This patch removes the nesting style if we hit 12 levels or above, thus preserving the width of the emails.
