  • Adds BEAM: rnd-skip option to xbeam, which randomly skips pixels for decay processing. This can be used to get longer decay times without getting the scanline 'sweep' effect when 'persist' (decay speed) is set to high amounts.

A pre-built bitstream is attached for testing (flashing instructions here)

Superseded by #165
Where I have decided to combine all persist/decay controls into one unified control that stays in the sweet spot (no flickering)
