This is not our API. This repository is an independent, third-party profile of a company's publicly available API surface, maintained by API Evangelist. API Evangelist does not operate, host, resell, or support this company's APIs, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the company unless stated on the profile.
Where the information came from. Everything here is assembled from material a member of the public can reach with a browser and no credentials — the company's own website, developer portal and documentation, the specifications it publishes for public use (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema,
apis.json,llms.txtand similar), its public repositories, and its public status, pricing and changelog pages. Nothing here is obtained by breaching a system, defeating an access control, or using credentials of any kind. The rating is an independent assessment. The Kin Score and Agent Readiness rating are independently calculated scores of a company's public API artifacts, produced by API Evangelist against a published rubric. They are not certifications, endorsements, security assessments, or audits, and they score published artifacts — not the quality, safety, or security of the software.
Corrections, re-scores, and removal are free. No partnership, contract, or purchase is required, and you do not need to justify the request.
- Something wrong? Open an issue on this repository, or email info@apievangelist.com.
- Published something new? Ask for a re-score and we will re-run the rating.
- Want the listing taken down? Say so and we will honor it. The profile is reduced to your company name, a factual description, and a link to your own site, and the company is recorded as unrated — never scored zero for having asked.
Response times. Acknowledgement within one business day; removal or restriction within two business days; corrections and re-scores within five business days.
Not from the company, and here with a question? You are welcome here — we would rather be the front line and point you the right way than have a good report go nowhere. What this repository can answer is narrow, though, so it is worth knowing who you are actually looking for:
- A question about how the API works, an account, billing, or a bug in the service — that is the company's own support, not us. We profile this API; we do not operate it and cannot see your account.
- A bug in an open-source project we only catalog — file it on that project's own repository. This has happened with a real and correct bug report that reached us instead of the people who could fix it, which helped nobody.
- Anything about this listing itself — the description, the tags, the rating, a missing or wrong artifact — is ours. Open an issue here.
- Not sure, or something general about API Evangelist or APIs.io — open an issue on the APIs.io Inbox and we will route it.
This repository contains no software, and we will never ask you to download anything. There is no build, release, installer, or binary here — only text and machine-readable API descriptions, so there is nothing here that can be "corrupt" or need "repairing". Any issue, comment, or email claiming otherwise and offering a download link is not from us and is hostile. Do not follow the link; it is a lure. Report it to GitHub and, if you like, tell us at info@apievangelist.com so we can take it down.
On a security or compliance team? Email info@apievangelist.com with security in the subject line and you will get a person, not a form. We will tell you exactly which public URLs this profile was built from so your team can see the same surface we did, and we will take the listing down on request while you work through it.
Full detail: Where this data comes from
Vital (now operating as Junction, formerly tryVital) is a health-data API platform that gives digital-health, virtual-care, diagnostics, wellness, and EHR/EMR builders a single integration to wearable-device data and nationwide lab testing. Connect 300+ wearables and health devices — Apple HealthKit, Android Health Connect, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, Dexcom, Freestyle Libre, Withings, Polar, and the rest — through the Vital Link Widget; ingest normalized daily summaries and per-sample timeseries for sleep, activity, body, workouts, heart rate, HRV, glucose, blood pressure, SpO2, ECG, and menstrual cycle; order at-home testkits, at-home phlebotomy, walk-in / Patient Service Center lab collection, and on-site collection across all 50 U.S. states; retrieve structured biomarker results; and run Junction Sense continuous queries to turn raw data into clinically actionable insights. Backed by SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, GDPR-ready, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with both US and EU regional deployments.

Create, list, get, update, and delete end users on the Junction (Vital) platform. Each user represents a person whose wearable, device, and lab data is ingested under your team. Manage user demographics, user insurance details, sign-in tokens for the Junction app, portal URLs, user-resolve by client_user_id, refresh of all connected providers for a user, listing of a user's connections, and soft-delete / undo-delete flows.

Connect end users to their wearable and health-data providers. Generate Link tokens that drive the Vital Link Widget, complete OAuth / email / password / demo provider flows, deregister a connection, complete MFA for password providers, run bulk operations (export, import, pause, historical-pull trigger), and retrieve the catalog of 300+ supported providers — Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Withings, Polar, Strava, Dexcom, Freestyle Libre, Apple HealthKit, Android Health Connect, Samsung Health, and the rest.

Read normalized wearable-device data across 300+ supported devices. Daily summary endpoints cover sleep, sleep cycles, activity, body composition, workouts, menstrual cycle, ECG, meals, and the user profile. Per-sample timeseries endpoints cover heart rate, heart-rate variability, blood pressure, blood oxygen, glucose (including continuous-glucose monitoring), respiratory rate, body temperature, basal body temperature, distance, steps, floors climbed, active and basal calories, stress level, sleep stream, workout stream, and workout-specific metrics (swimming stroke, distance, duration). All data is normalized to a single schema regardless of source provider.

Order, fulfill, and retrieve lab tests across a nationwide US lab network spanning all 50 states including NY, NJ, and RI. Covers at-home testkits, at-home phlebotomy, walk-in / Patient Service Center collection, and on-site collection. Endpoints handle order creation and lifecycle (create, get, update, cancel, import, register, simulate), appointment management (availability, booking, cancellation, rescheduling for both phlebotomy and PSC), order transactions, results (JSON and PDF), the lab-test compendium (search + convert), payor and insurance/diagnosis search, ABN forms, requisition and label PDFs, collection instructions, and team lab accounts.

Submit existing lab-result PDFs to be parsed and normalized into structured biomarker results. Create a lab-report parser job, then poll for status and the parsed result set — useful for back-loading historical patient records or for normalizing results from external labs into the Junction biomarker schema.

Junction Sense — query and aggregation API for per-user health data. Run on-demand aggregate queries across a user's ingested wearable and lab data, fetch the result table for a defined continuous query, and read continuous-query task-execution history. Sense turns raw ingest into clinically meaningful metrics (sleep debt, HRV trends, glucose variability, etc.) without you owning the aggregation infrastructure.
