Existing acquisition leak

The homepage Featured Apps grid still sends visitors to support/face-reaction-battle/, which states that the game is not currently downloadable. Dotchi is already publicly listed in apps_data.json but has no homepage feature. The prior #28 added its quick-games guide and catalog filter; this change avoids a dead-end from the most prominent surface.

Implementation

• Replace the non-downloadable Face Reaction Battle featured card with a truthful Dotchi A/B-polls card linking to its existing multi-language support landing, without fake reviews, rankings or instant-download claims.
• Add a localized Dotchi description in all 17 existing homepage APP_DESC dictionaries; preserve the existing app_view click tracking and the published total count.
• Add source regression test for truthful featured-card routing and all locale captions.
• Make the read-only live smoke check confirm both the replacement and the absence of the unavailable featured link.

Publish / verification

• Source-only PR: GitHub merge is NOT a VPS deployment. Existing pending site Issue #29 owns targeted publication and live smoke.
• On actual publication use publish-vps.yml dry-run, then operator authorized apply, then check_app_discovery_live.sh; check app_view for twotaku and downstream support Play CTA events. Do not claim increased downloads without measured data.
