fix(i18n): Indonesian phrasing for success_loaded and new_chat#1382
Conversation
Follow-up to #1375 after back-translation QA review. - success_loaded: "Memuat!" (= Loading!, present-tense) -> "Dimuat!" (= Loaded!, passive past) to match the English semantics. - new_chat: "Pesan baru" (= New message) -> "Obrolan baru" (= New chat) since this string labels the chat-creation action, not a message.
The Indonesian string ended with "!." matching the English source typo. Drop the period so the string ends with a single "!". The English source still has the same "!." typo at values/strings.xml:75 and is left untouched here to keep this PR scoped to the Indonesian translation.

The English source had the same trailing "!." that the previous commit fixed in Indonesian. Drop the period here so future translations don't re-mirror the typo.

Summary
Follow-up to #1375. After back-translation QA (Gemini + Google Cloud Translate), two strings in
layouteditor/values-in/strings.xmlcame back with semantic mismatches that both back-translators flagged in the same direction:success_loaded:Memuat!(= "Loading!", active present) →Dimuat!(= "Loaded!", passive past). This string fires on a successful load, so the past-tense form fits.new_chat:Pesan baru(= "New message") →Obrolan baru(= "New chat"). The action labels chat creation, not a message draft. No action needed from @mcikadu-dev — flagging here as context. Thanks again for the broader refresh in #1375.
