On a few-step model the raw post-step sample is mostly noise, so live previews look like static. Preview the flow-matching x0 estimate (x0 = x_t - sigma*v) instead, so composition is visible from step one. Implements the approach proposed by @james-333i in apple#231. Tested locally.

Follow-up to #231. On a few-step model like FLUX.2 Klein the live preview showed the raw post-step sample, which is mostly noise until the last step. This previews the flow-matching x0 estimate (
x0 = x_t - sigma*v) instead, so subject and composition are visible from the first step.Implements the approach proposed by @james-333i in #231.
