Fix hero section overlap and heading alignment issue

This PR resolves the Hero Section UI Overlap and Text Alignment Issues on the homepage.

Changes Made:

• Removed fixed height causing heading text to break incorrectly.
• Prevented decorative circular elements from overlapping hero content.
• Improved heading spacing, alignment, and readability.
• Enhanced responsiveness for smaller screen sizes.
• Adjusted floating image positioning for better visual balance.
