The Vercel project was disconnected from Git after explicit approval. Its existing production deployment remains online as rollback, but future pushes and merges will not trigger Vercel. Production DNS and
oss.arcabot.aiare not changed by this PR; cutover is performed separately after merge.The historical failed Vercel status on this PR came from its old Next.js framework preset before disconnection. GitHub CI and the live Cloudflare canary are green.
