In archgate/cli this made simple-release cut a patch release with no user-facing change: archgate/cli#616 (Starlight 0.42) led to archgate/cli#617 (0.58.1).

Change

• Add "semanticCommitType": "chore" to the existing "docs dependencies" rule (matches docs/package.json). This rule comes after the inherited preset, so it takes precedence.
• Note the behavior in the README.

The docs site is not a released artifact, so its bumps should not trigger releases.
