refactor: updated footer layout and repositioned 'SPECTRUM UI' text

What changed:

• SPECTRUM UI text is repositioned to the top of the footer and a sleek, light & transparent gradient fallback had been added below it.
• A little crop effect had been added from the bottom of the text inspired from the last Figma landing page design.
• Unnecessary grid-2 and md:grid-4 was creating an awkward visual gap in medium and small screens, so used grid-col-3 with 0 gap there - giving it a more pleasant and structured look.

• All changes are responsive.
• Responsiveness tested in respective medium and small screens.
