Add methods to generate Talos configurations in memory without disk persistence. Update ClusterBuilder to support optional outDir and introduce generateTo for explicit directory output. Enhance TalosCluster with genTalosconfig for in-memory talosconfig generation. Update documentation to reflect these changes.
Improve temporary directory handling by using mb_rtrim for consistency. Add comprehensive tests for in-memory talosconfig generation and patch file application to ensure reliability and correctness.
