The README had no visuals to show what the vision pipeline actually produces, so readers had to download the demo videos to see detection in action. Adds a clean PNG generated with the project's real get_targets/get_target_masks code, showing the detected ball plus the per-channel HSV masks and the combined majority-vote mask, and references it near the top of the README.
