Forge protocol defines local/browser-executed tRPC procedure contracts used by Forge web (forge.core.*).

Current status

Source analyzed in this run: index.ts, core/core.router.ts.
Source-change gate blocker remains active in this slot: package test tooling is not runnable in this environment (jest: command not found).
To keep gate compliance, this run is docs/analysis-only for protocol slot continuity.
ANALYSIS.md tracks minimal Jest+TS harness follow-ups before any source edits.
