AR Fluency examples
- Print out one copy of the worksheet for each context. You will need:
- The My Team worksheet.
- One copy of the With Another Team worksheet for each partner team or category of similar partner teams.
- The Working Out Loud worksheet.
- Gather evidence.
- Fill in the first column. For each box, gather evidence that your team acts in that state at least some of the time.
- Fill in the second column. For each box, gather evidence that your team sometimes does not act in that state.
- Fill in the third column for each cross-team interaction. For each box, gather evidence of things that require that level in order for your project to succeed.
- Record your current state:
- You are fluent at any level where you have supporting evidence and no evidence of occasional failure.
- You are aspiring to any level for which you have evidence of both success and failure. Fill those in.
- For cross-team relationships, the current required level is the highest level for which you found evidence.
- Discuss and pick your end goal and next step. Use general-purpose recipes to help pick targets.
- Use special-purpose recipes to define an action plan that will help you accomplish your next step.
