AV8B change coordinate system from Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS) to more accurate Degrees Decimal Minutes (DDM with three decimal places). AV8B can now accept new coordinate formats since stable DCS version 2.9.1.48335 and open beta 2.8.8.43489
