ci: fix macOS build framework sign phase

Fixes a GitHub Actions CI failure on macOS by updating PRODUCT_NAME in AppInfo.xcconfig to flutter_jules. The previous name with a single quote (Arran's Jules Client) caused a script evaluation failure in CocoaPods (Pods-Runner-frameworks.sh). Added CFBundleDisplayName in Info.plist to preserve the user-facing application name. Updated the artifact path in README.md.
